Before publication, add the provider's legal name, address, and email, and review these terms for each market where the app is offered. Apple's Standard EULA remains the default app licence.

1. App and licence
StillDial offers bundled ambient sounds, mood presets, mixing, a timer, saved mixes, and background playback. Core playback is designed to work offline. Unless the App Store presents a valid custom licence, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app licence. Do not extract or redistribute bundled audio without permission.
2. Optional purchase
StillDial may offer a one-time, non-subscription Lifetime Unlock. The current free tier can save one mix; Lifetime Unlock enables more saved mixes and features such as Natural motion. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation show current features and price. “Lifetime” means access to identified features during the supported life of the app. It does not promise compatibility with every future device or operating system. Apple handles payment and refunds, and you can restore the purchase using the original Apple Account. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
3. Safe use
StillDial provides background sound and sound masking, not active noise cancellation, hearing protection, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not guarantee sleep, focus, or health outcomes. Keep the volume comfortably low. Do not let playback reduce awareness while driving, cycling, caring for others, or in any situation where you need to hear warnings. An in-app percentage is not a sound-pressure measurement. Stop if you experience pain, ringing, or other discomfort.
Around infants and children, an adult should supervise, keep the device outside the cot and away from the head, and limit volume and duration.
4. Privacy, updates, and contact
We may update the app for security, reliability, and compatibility. Availability depends on your device, OS version, region, and Apple services. See the Privacy Policy and Support.
